故事讲述罪恶多端的犯罪大盗Garcia Flynn 秘密盗取了国际机密：全世界顶尖水准，绝无仅有的“时光穿梭机”，打算利用这个机器回到过去并篡改历史改变整个美国的未来。全世界唯一的希望全部寄托在一位科学家，一位历史学家和一位士兵所的身上，他们利用时间穿梭机器复制品争分夺秒回到过去阻止这个跨时代的犯罪阴谋，他们使命是在不要影响过去历史的前提下，必须先人一步找到这个罪恶多端的犯罪大盗，而对于这三个被挑选出三个勇士能否完成这项使命呢？
