フランスで開催される有名なスイーツコンテストに出場することになった、宇佐美いちかとキラパティのメンバーたち。しかし、なぜかシエルは絶不調で、スイーツ作りもプリキュアへの変身もうまくいかない。そんな中、コンテスト会場でシエルのパリ修行時代の師匠であるパティシエのジャン＝ピエールと出会う。2人の再会をきっかけに、シエルがどのようにして天才パティシエとなっていったのか、その過去が明らかになっていくが、そこへ突然、スイーツ型モンスターが襲来。パリの街全体がスイーツに変えられてしまい、パニックに陥る。いちかたちは街を守るために立ち上がるが……。
