Three Rivers è un dramma medico televisivo americano che ha debuttato sulla CBS il 4 ottobre 2009, con Alex O'Loughlin nel ruolo di un famigerato chirurgo dei trapianti a Pittsburgh, in Pennsylvania. Il 30 novembre 2009, dopo che erano andati in onda solo otto episodi della stagione, la CBS ha annunciato che Three Rivers era stato ritirato dal loro programma senza che fosse previsto il suo ritorno e la serie è stata successivamente ufficialmente cancellata. Tuttavia, la serie è poi tornata sulla rete il 5 giugno 2010 per bruciare i restanti episodi non trasmessi.
