¿De qué trata La isla misteriosa?
Cinco prisioneros de la Guerra de Secesión Americana escapan en un globo a un destino desconocido. Arrastrados por el viento, terminan por caer en una remota y fabulosa isla, anclada en la Prehistoria y poblada por enormes monstruos carnívoros. Pronto aparece en su ayuda el capitán Nemo, un excéntrico personaje que vive en el lugar y que ha creador un milagro tecnológico: el submarino Nautilus.
