O čem je Ivanhoe?

Poté co se Ivanhoe vrací ze Svaté země, zjišťuje že král Richard Lví Srdce je vězněn ve vévodství rakouském. Je proti tomu, aby ho na trůnu nahradil jeho bratr John, a tak se přidá na stranu Robina Hooda a společně bojují proti silám prince Johna.

She sends her father to find Ivanhoe to fight for her. Athelstane appears at his own funeral which jeopardises Rowena and Ivanhoe's wedding plans. King Richard has returned to claim the throne off John and Queen Eleanor has to try and resolve their differences.
